Corrections Policy

Last updated: November 5, 2026

We work hard to get every amount, date and eligibility rule right. When we make a mistake, we fix it — quickly and openly.

How to report an error

Email [email protected] with the link to the article, what is wrong, and the correct information if you have it (an official source link helps us verify the fix fast). You can also use our Contact page.

What happens next

We check the report against the official source. If the article is wrong, we correct it, usually within one business day. Small errors such as typos are fixed without a note. Material errors — a wrong amount, a wrong date, or a wrong verdict — are fixed and marked with a correction note at the bottom of the article stating what changed and when.

We do not silently change facts in an article after publication. If new information changes the story, we update the article and say what changed.
